The hotel
is open April through December.
All
rates are promotional and subject to change
without any notice. Rates are based on 2
guests occupancy. Extra persons are $10.00 per
night. Check in after 3 pm. Check out before 11am.
Free parking is offered for one car per
room with permit only. We do not have an elevator.
Guests are responsible for their own luggage.
Reservation requirements: At least Two (2)
nights minimum stay is required every weekend.
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah
and Columbus Day are three (3) night minimum. Two
(2) nights minimum stay is required all the time in
July and August. A first night deposit is required
for all reservations. Balance due in full before
or upon arrival. Cash or travelers checks
preferred
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation, at
any time, for any reason is subject to $30 non
refundable processing fee. Any cancellation within
14 days of arrival date is subject to one night room
charge. Early departures are treated as
cancelations.
Management is not responsible for inclement
weather or family emergencies. |
